Janet Malone officially started Chambers Creek Kitchen in 2010 producing Soaked and Sprouted bakery items after spending over 20 years creating healthy, whole foods for her husband and 6 children, family and friends.  Over the years our products have transitioned to meet the needs of our family and you, our fellow health conscious friends. Our products are created for those struggling with not only gluten intolerance but a host of food sensitivities. Organic GF Whole Ancient Grains are the base of our products without added gums, starches, sugar or rice. They are also vegan and top allergen free. Our goal is to produce products that are fun, quick and easy to make and most of all are Deliciously Nourishing.  Our KITS are unique with clear instructions to help you create Sensitively Nourishing bakery utilizing Whole Soaked Organic Gluten-Free Grains.  We use ELISA gluten free tests to less than 10 ppm in our state licensed and dedicated Gluten-Free Kitchen.
